Raymond G. Hanson, MCBC, CMEA, BVAL,

is the founder and designated broker for PragmaVentures Incorporated,of Oregon and Washington. Mr. Hanson is an Oregon and Washington licensed Real Estate Broker, Master Certified Business Counselor, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and a Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation. His experience includes over twenty one years of business evaluation, consulting and brokerage experience; marketing and transferring over one hundred eighty small-to-middle market businesses; and evaluating hundreds of other businesses for both fee and marketing purposes. In his career, Mr. Hanson has consulted, evaluated and transferred retail, service, distribution and small manufacturing businesses ranging from food products to high tech. Prior to his business brokerage and consulting activities, Mr. Hanson founded and operated Garland Distributors, an Oregon soft drink distribution firm for thirteen years.

Bob Wolcott,

is a Business Intermediary and a licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker. Bob is responsible for facilitating the interactions found in brokered business deals. From identifying and qualifying buyers and sellers, to working through the nuances of negotiations, to systematically resolve procedural issues as they happen, Bob professionally strives for the successful completion of the transaction. He relies on his twenty five years of sales and customer support experience to better serve you and your specific needs. In that time, Bob has consulted with accountants, lawyers, financial planners and estate planners, as well as owners of small to large businesses. In his tenure at CCH Inc, Bob earned a wide variety of accolades, including Rookie of the year, President's Club, 100% Club and Diamond Club member. Bob is a past board member of the Oregon Executives Association, as well as a current Tournament Committee member at the Reserve Vineyard and Golf Club.

Lee Ann Gadilauskas, MA, Director of Services

is responsible for administrative services, valuation and technical writing. She is the founder and President of Tech Write, Inc., which was established in 1999. As a Consultant, she specializes in technical and grant writing, research, needs assessment, analysis, strategic planning, and has recently expanded into business valuation. Ms. Gadilauskas has an extensive history with government-funded programs, and with Federal, State, Foundation and corporate grants. She was employed for over 11 years with Clackamas County Mental Health; first as the Planner responsible for budget and grants writing, and ultimately as the Health Care Services Manager responsible for administrative, fiscal, and housing functions, with oversight of a $34 million budget. She is an active member of Lake Oswego Rotary and has served as a volunteer for Loaves and Fishes on the Resource Development Committee.

PK Glazer is currently the newest member to the Pragma Ventures team. He is a Business Intermediary/Analyst working toward his Oregon Real Estate Broker license. PK works closely with Mr. Hanson and Mr. Wolcott to bring in new business, qualify buyers, and systematically and professionally work through the valuation and brokerage process. The majority of his experience has been in food leadership and in music distribution, having spent time working for Grocery Outlet, Inc. in Berkeley, CA and for Spirit Voyage Records/Music in Purcellville, VA, respectively. PK completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon in 2004 with double majors in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. PK is continuing his formal education in the MBA program at Portland State. He will graduate with an MBA in 2010. Currently, PK splits his time between his studies and work at the Pragma Ventures Oregon office in West Linn, OR.
